To apply for a line of credit, please follow the steps below.
Step 2: Complete the application
Fill out the application packet completely. The packet includes forms for:
- Customer Setup Information
- Customer Tax Information
- Certificate of Taxable Fuel Registrant
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization
- Financial Information
Please Note: You must include your company’s most recent two years of financial statements and current W9 with your application.
Step 3: Submit Application
Email the completed application packet and all required financial documents to our credit department: credit@greshampetroleum.com.
Our credit team will review your application promptly upon receipt. You will be notified once the review process is complete.
